What is personnel hire?
In practice, personnel hire is about the fact that we have companies that need employees. We look for jobseekers and connect companies and employees. It is important to us that employees enjoy working on the job they do through us. Companies have different reasons for using personnel hire. On the practical level, we are the employer.
We at Värväämö will enter into an employment contract with you. We will ensure that you get the necessary work clothes and safety shoes, for example, to do the work. If necessary, we help you find an apartment, etc. We will ensure that you are paid at least according to the collective agreement in use in the company. Every employee is insured through our insurance company. The only thing that is charged for your salary are the expenses covered by Finnish legislation. These are withholding tax, pension insurance contributions and unemployment insurance contributions, and they are deducted from the employee’s gross salary. We help you acquire a tax card if necessary.
